Join us for a safe and effective class tailored for expectant and new mothers. Our prenatal and postpartum class focuses on building strength, improving posture, alleviating common discomforts, and gently reintroducing your body to exercise, promoting a healthier pregnancy and a smoother recovery.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and our instructors, we have implemented the following policy regarding no-shows and late cancellations: No-Show Fee: If you are registered for a class and do not attend, you will be charged a no-show fee of $10. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your registration less than one hour before the scheduled start time of the class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.
