Studio Policies

We understand that life happens and you might miss your class. Please be sure to let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend since class sizes are limited.

Young dancers are encouraged to make up missed classes and will need to reserve a spot in another class as soon as possible. Again, be sure to notify the studio that you are going to be absent or late, or need to reschedule a class.

Be sure to book your fitness class or package ahead of time through our Schedule Page.  Select the first class you would like to take, decide on your package, and complete your account and payment.

Once you've purchased a monthly package, you'll need to reserve your spot in other classes. You can select your classes online or on the Spaces by Wix App (Invite Code: GJRP9C).

Be sure to come at least 10 minutes early to your first class to fill out your waiver at the front desk.

Be sure to check out the Calendar and Class Schedule for the semester. Decide how many classes you'd like your child/children to take.

Once you've decided, go to the Membership page to select your package, and complete your account and payment. Be sure to select the 1st of the semester as their class start date (Example: January 1st for Spring & August 1st for Fall).

Be sure to come at least 20 minutes early to your child's first class to fill out their dance registration form at the front desk. Or join us at our Registration Events to see the studio and answer any questions you may still have.

The Preschool Movement is an 8-week session. To purchase your package, go to the Membership page to select the Preschool Movement package, and complete your account and payment.

There are 2 Preschool Movement classes (Wednesdays & Saturdays. Choose the day that works best for you. If your child misses their class, they can attend the other group as a make up class. We know our little ones have good days and not so great days. :)

Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. There are no refunds once the membership has been automatically renewed.

Your privacy is important to us, but we'd love to showcase your hard work on our social media pages. All signed waivers give BA Studios full release to take photos and videos, but please speak to us if you chose to opt out of media release.

BA Studios strives to give the most authentic experience to your dancer. We plan to have two full dance productions each year as well as several small performing opportunities within the community. Information for these events will be emailed out and posted separately.
