Fitness Classes

At BA Studios, you'll find a variety of classes suitable for every age and lifestyle. Taught by a team of experienced and certified instructors, we emphasize the importance of listening to your body while challenging yourself to get a great workout. 

Adult Dance Classes

It's never too late to learn how to dance — or get back into it! Find options for adults of all ages and skill levels. Beginner-friendly levels offer dance basics, and intermediate classes give experienced dancers a space to continue practicing the art of dance. 

Performances & Events

Adult dancers at BA Studios get their turn in the spotlight with the opportunity to perform in our semiannual productions! Adults are eligible to participate in adult group pieces or audition for lead, solo, and small group roles. 

Choreography is learned during class or additional rehearsal hours depending on skill level and style — but performing is optional, never mandatory. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join if I've never danced before?

Yes! Our classes are beginner-friendly. Look for classes labeled Beginner or All Levels to start out. Our instructors will make sure you feel comfortable. 

What do I need to wear?

Adult dancers should wear form-fitting athletic clothes and dance shoes. For your first class, you can wear socks, go barefoot, or borrow a pair of loaner shoes. 

Can I join if I have a lot of dance experience?

Yes! You'll fit right in with our Intermediate or All Levels classes, where our instructors will offer more challenging options to match your pace.

Do I have to perform?

No! Performing is optional and you can opt out. But we have to warn you: you're going to want to perform with us once you see the show come together! 

What class should I take first?

Ballet is an approachable way to lay the foundations for all other dance styles. Check out the schedule and look for classes labeled Adult Ballet (Beginner).

What if I'm not sure if I want to commit?

We offer a New Adult Client package that gives you two weeks of unlimited access to try out every dance and fitness class to see if you like it!
