Sara has a passion for dance and fitness. She’s been developing dance routines as a hobby since childhood. Little did she know, she’d be teaching as an adult using the same inspiration she had as a child.

Sara found her love for barre and began teaching in 2019. She is encouraged by the community that comes together when teaching. Sara loves music and is inspired to build routines from the beat of the music using a variety of genres. She enjoys bringing out her Latina culture in her routines. She loves the little things in life, including snacking, time in nature, comedy, coffee, scenery views, self-care and spending time with connections.
