Ballet
Youth & Adults
Ballet focuses on posture, gracefulness, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Classes include barre exercises, center floor and across the floor combinations. Classes also include science-based strength training.

Ballet flats are required. Leotards and tights for youth.
Adults may wear athletic wear or leotard and tights.

Barre
Barre is a full body workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. The focus is on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen, tone, and lengthen muscles. The class includes combinations at the barre, center floor, and mat work.
All props are provided. Bringing your own yoga mat is encouraged. Barefoot or grippy socks are recommended. Athletic attire is required.
